ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

All orders are processed and shipped within one (1) business day (24 hrs) after payment is received. We typically try to ship as quickly as possible as orders come in. (same day shipping).

 

REGARDING MONEY ORDERS:

REGARDING C.O.D. SHIPPING:

We currently offer C.O.D. shipping service through Canada Post to CANADIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY. (Only regular established customers qualify, minimum three (3) recurrent orders through PayPal or E-transfer)

All C.O.D. orders require manual shipping inputs based on the size and weight of your order.

As a result, default shipping costs will be inaccurate when checking out normally. Kindly wait for a courtesy email from us to confirm NEW C.O.D. charges and NEW order total, as well as a REVISED invoice.

 

REGARDING C.O.D. NON-PICKUPS:

If your C.O.D. shipment is not picked up within 15 days, Canada Post will initiate a Return to Sender on the item(s) in question,  and we will incur a loss on pre-paid shipping charges. If said customer decides to order again, those unpaid shipping charges WILL APPLY to their next order, and their C.O.D. shipping privileges are put on hold until their account is settled. Going forward, unsettled accounts will be required to make payment through either PAYPAL or MONEY ORDER. We greatly appreciate your anticipated understanding in this matter. C.O.D. entails a lot of risk especially for a small business like us. We respectfully ask everyone using this service to do their due diligence and follow through with picking up your orders in a timely fashion.
